worth the money
Great swimming pool and room, it's not decorated to a high standard but can't complain for the money. 3min walk from Europa and 5min taxi from commercial and amadorus.
decore in the room is a bit dated and looks rushed, showers need a refit and no designated parking for hotel guest but I won't put me off coming back

Excellent views just disappointed with some aspects
For us the location was excellent because we like to visit the europa centre when we go to gran canaria so it was within stomping distance from this hotel. The views in this hotel are beautiful too so can’t fault that.
We found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable and we did find bugs in our beds on a number of occasions. In addition we didn’t have our towels changed once in the week we were there the cleaner just folded them up to tidy it or perhaps make it look like they were providing clean towels … they were not.

Don't believe all the bad reviews.
Staff were very capable and friendly. Cleaning staff A1 View was amazing. Would recommend to a friend. We were lucky to have one of the better rooms I think.
No black out curtains in the living room/main room so it made it very difficult to sleep on the sofa beds! Not for the unmobile as there are a lot of steps to deal with. Lifeguards were hit and miss as to what was allowed. Yes to floaty one day, no the nxt depending on the life guard.
