„Insgesamt in Ordnung
Super Aussicht! Tolles Personal ,durchweg immer freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut! Insbesondere Abends täglich wechselnde Schwerpunkte und immer sehr abwechslungsreich. Lactosefreie Milch und auf Anfrage umgehend frisch aufgebackene ,glutenfreie ,Brötchen und Croissants. Das Buffet immer schön dekoriert,viel Obst und Gemüse. Ausserdem scheint man sich einen eigenen Konditor zu halten... sehr umfangreiches,leckeres Dessertbuffet
Am Haus selber sieht man leider das generelle Problem von Gran Canaria... es wurde offenbar schon länger nicht investiert. Ist halt leider in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus könnte die ein oder andere Modernisierung vertragen,insbesondere die Badezimmer hätten mal Bedarf.

Gut
Lage, Meerblick von der Terrasse und Pool einfach super. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Animation am Pool war Klasse.
Die Anlage ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Besonders das Bad weißt Sanierungsstau auf.
